Halifax research lawyer Jennifer Taylor has published an article on the Canadian Bar Association National Magazine website titled, The evolution of reasonableness.

Within this piece, Jennifer reviews the “reasonable person” standard and compares two recent Supreme Court of Canada decisions that affect this standard: one on judicial impartiality and the reasonable apprehension of bias test and the other on the meaning of “public confidence in the administration of justice.”
