Jacob is a solutions focused litigator whose practice includes a focus on labour and employment matters. Jacob works with clientele including employers, insurers, professionals, and educational institutions on a wide variety of matters. Jacob’s experience includes:
- Assisting with the defence of professional disciplinary proceedings
- Acting for plaintiffs, defendants, and third parties in civil litigation
- Responding to human rights complaints
- Assisting with the drafting of employment agreements, workplace policies and procedures
- Considering and advising in relation to: workplace accommodation requests; performance management and discipline; and termination, severance, and wrongful / constructive dismissal claims
