Firm and Litigator of the Year: Stewart McKelvey and Colin Piercey, K.C. recognized by Benchmark Canada

We’re proud to share that Stewart McKelvey has once again been recognized as Atlantics Firm of the Year at the 2025 Benchmark Litigation Canada Awards Gala in Toronto. This honour reflects the strength of our litigation team and the trust our clients place in us across Atlantic Canada and beyond.

The award is the result of extensive research by Benchmark Litigation, including interviews with clients, peers, and leading litigators from across the country.

Our litigation group is known for its depth and versatility, handling high-stakes matters in areas such as corporate banking, securities, insolvency, municipal and environmental law, construction, product liability, insurance, tax, and intellectual property.

We’re also thrilled to congratulate Halifax partner Colin Piercey, K.C., who was named Atlantics Litigator of the Year for the second time, a well-deserved recognition of his skill, leadership, and commitment to client success.
