Kimberly has a background in public relations, business, and law and brings this experience to provide general corporate and commercial law advice. She has a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma Process Improvement and Project Management and experience working for a broad range of clients including retailers, manufacturers, pharmacies, universities, publicly traded companies, holding companies, and REITs. Her experience includes:

  • Assisting with corporate formation and reorganization matters including incorporations, corporate structuring, and re-structuring.
  • Assisting with corporate governance matters in the public and private sectors including with respect to board evaluations, self-assessments, and committee governance.
  • Assisting with commercial transactions including conducting preliminary due diligence, supporting the execution of asset and share purchases and sales, large-scale financings, and drafting closing documents.
  • Drafting various agreements including non-competition agreements, promissory notes, amalgamation agreements, standard security documents, resolutions, and lease termination agreements.
