Kimberly has a background in public relations, business, and law and brings this experience to assist clients with general corporate and commercial law matters. She has a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma Process Improvement and Project Management and experience working for a broad range of clients including crown corporations, healthcare organizations, retailers, and REITs. Her experience includes:

  • Supporting the review and drafting of contracts including service agreements, construction agreements, SaaS agreements, and defence agreements.
  • Reviewing and drafting AI governance policies and frameworks and advising on AI aspects of IT contracts.
  • Providing support to commercial real estate matters and workflows.
  • Assisting with corporate formation matters including incorporations and wind-ups.
  • Supporting commercial transactions for asset and share purchases and sales.
  • Assisting with corporate governance matters in the public and private sectors including corporate secretary support and leveraging technology to automate corporate governance processes.
  • Past member of Stewart McKelvey’s AI Task Force and AI & Technology Working Group which considered AI strategy and technology implementation for the Firm.
