Sean’s practice is litigation focused but he is able to meet the needs of individual clients. His work has included:

  • Representing professional associations in the defence of medical malpractice claims and before administrative tribunals in liability and disciplinary matters;
  • Complex multi-party tort litigation (personal injury, insurance, professional negligence);
  • Helping creditors obtain and enforce judgments through the Court process;
  • Prosecuting offences contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Excise Act; and
  • Probate and Administration work including estate litigation.
