Throughout Manon’s broad litigation practice, she has worked to assist insurance companies, manufacturers, construction companies, shareholders, financial institutions and small businesses, to obtain practical outcomes in a cost-effective manner. Manon has worked in a variety of settings, including a large financial institution and a shipbuilding company, which provided her with a unique perspective to better understand the needs of businesses. With the ability to serve clients in both French and English, Manon has assisted with:

  • The defence in a product liability proceeding in the Ontario Superior Court
  • Opposing a plan of arrangement on behalf of a minority shareholder in the Ontario Superior Court
  • The defence of professional disciplinary proceedings
  • The defence of insurance proceedings
  • Successfully representing companies in the Ontario Small Claims Court, including successfully obtaining a motion to dismiss
