Scott maintains a broad corporate/commercial law practice with a focus on commercial real estate matters. His practice includes working with a diverse group of clients – including private developers, REITs and joint ventures – on a variety of issues, from all aspects of commercial leasing to the purchase, sale and development of office, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties. Scott’s practice includes secured financings and the disposition, acquisition and structural organization of businesses.

Throughout his legal career, Scott has focused on developing expertise in commercial leasing, representing landlords and tenants in many contexts across Canada, including complex industrial sites and mixed-use projects.
