The overview on ownership
During the International Council of Shopping Centres Canadian Shopping Centre Law Conference, March 27 and 28 in Toronto, Halifax partners Ian Sutherland and Ryan Baker will speak on various topics within the retail real estate industry.
Ian will moderate a panel that will discuss mixed-use and mixed ownership projects, including specific arrangements used in these kinds of projects, and what impact they have on the landlord tenant relationship.
Ryan will lead a seminar that aims to help landlords by outlining the top five tips to look for when using a tenant’s form of lease.
