Paul Saunders reviews applications for streamlining internal processes
Featured in the latest issue of Canadian Lawyer InHouse, Tech tools for improving in-house legal operations, by practice innovation partner Paul Saunders explains two tools that can help legal firms and departments get more done in less time.
ProcedureFlow and TheFormTool are powerful and cost effective systems that eliminate wasteful activities and focus on what customers truly value. Paul notes that TheFormTool removes many of the concerns surrounding the manual creation of documents, assembling them automatically and error-free. ProcedureFlow, Paul writes, “helps organizations develop a culture of continuous improvement, where all employees are actively engaged in collectively getting better at what they do.” He advises that when these two applications are used together, the benefits to legal teams are even better.
