How to conduct a discovery examination
Halifax associate Kate Marshall will speak this afternoon at a Canadian Bar Association – Nova Scotia branch joint Civil Litigation/ADR section law and Young Lawyers section meeting on the discovery process. She will be joined by Guy Harfouche of HRM Legal Services to discuss the purpose of a discovery examination, the role it plays in the court process, the applicable civil procedure rules and some tips and tricks to keep in mind when going through this process.
