Buying & selling businesses: how to prepare

The Business Transitions Forum Atlantic conference, April 2 and 3 in Halifax, will feature partners Christine Pound, ICD.D and David Randell as speakers.

Beginning at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, Christine will moderate a panel on how to effectively complete a management buyout. She will guide speakers through a discussion of this process, and the steps one needs to prepare for, and execute, to be successful.

Later on Tuesday, Dave will be a panelist in a session that will outline how to go through one of the largest, most complicated transactions: the sale of a business. He will speak to the importance of building the right team for this circumstance, and how to manage costs and expectations throughout the process.
