Discovery: Atlantic Education & the Law – Issue 08

We are pleased to present the eighth issue of Discovery, our very own legal publication targeted to educational institutions in Atlantic Canada.

This issue addresses a range of topics relevant to academic institutions in the region, from liability for online misconduct and confidentiality policies, to student accommodation and COVID-19 vaccines in the workplace.
