Diana specializes in labour and employment law. She has experience advising on grievance arbitrations, workplace investigations, wrongful dismissal claims, and human rights discrimination cases.   • Assisted in the preparation of a grievance arbitration for a large client in the industrial business, following a physical altercation involving multiple employees. Involved in drafting key fact chronologies and preparing witness questions.
  • Assisted on a human rights discrimination case for a medical professional, by preparing key fact chronologies, summaries of evidence and possible defense arguments.
  • Assisted on a complaint procedure file for a municipal client, following misconduct allegations of a member of a police force.
  • Assisted on an official languages complaint before the Federal Court for a governmental public authority.
