Graeme is a legal problem-solver. His clients retain him to provide frank legal analysis of their situation, and offer practical advice to help them achieve their goals. From the moment Graeme starts a new file, he is thinking about where his client wants it to end – and the steps he can take to get them there.
Always with an eye towards the big picture, Graeme provides his clients with strong legal research and analysis skills, honed during his time working at the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, which allow him to handle each discrete issue that may arise during the course of his client’s claims.
With a strong working knowledge in the areas of negligence, construction, corporate/commercial agreements, and insurance, Graeme uses his written and oral advocacy skills to advocate for his client’s interests while attempting to minimize their exposure.
