Zach’s practice focuses on tax, estate, and trust law.  He advises clients at both the planning and litigation stage of their matters.

Some of Zach’s representative experience includes:

  • Implementing tax-planned corporate reorganizations.
  • Tax-efficient structuring of corporate transactions.
  • Advising business owners, professionals, and individuals on succession, estate and tax planning strategies.
  • Representing trust companies and individual trustees in the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island.
  • Resolving taxpayer disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Zach also maintains a real estate practice.  He has represented individuals, corporations, and trusts in the acquisition, leasing, financing, and sale of commercial and personal properties.
