Twila Reid amongst speakers at upcoming advanced skills training session about attendance management programs

St. John’s partner Twila Reid will be speaking at the Lancaster House advanced skills training session, Thursday, September 24.

Twila and the other four speakers of the day will review a variety of different topics under the umbrella of attendance management. Session participants will learn how to balance the overall aim of attendance management programs with the duty to accommodate employees with disabilities, while also learning to apply these practical skills in the workplace.
