Tipper McEwan speaks on products liability primer panel at Canadian Defence Lawyers conference
Following the annual general meeting, the Canadian Defence Lawyers conference, Thursday, May 26, will feature associate Tipper McEwan as a session panelist.
Beginning at 2:00 p.m. EDT, Tipper will be joined by two others to present a basic review of the issues involved in a products liability case. Panelists will discuss such topics as the defences available, spoilation of evidence, causation and the role summary judgement should play within this area of law.
