Our Fredericton office is moving!

We are excited to announce that effective December 7, 2020, our Fredericton office will be located in the new 140 Carleton building in the heart of downtown Fredericton.

140 Carleton will offer its tenants sustainability along with stunning views of the city. Its design features include: floor to ceiling windows to maximize natural light, offer stunning views and reduce artificial lighting; a 30% increase in energy efficiency compared to other buildings in the market; the lowest greenhouse emissions in the market; and smart building technology. We look forward to our clients enjoying everything this modern and timeless space has to offer.

If Stewart McKelvey’s Fredericton Office is your company’s Registered Office address, please note:

  1. We are in the process of preparing the documents necessary to update your registered office address and notify Service New Brunswick at no cost to you.  Documents to make this change will be circulated to you for signature in due course.
  1. If correspondence from Canada Revenue Agency for your corporation is currently directed to our Fredericton Office Address, instructions for change of business address with Canada Revenue Agency can be found here.
  1. If correspondence from other sources is currently directed to our Fredericton Office Address for forwarding to you, please instruct senders to update their records.
  1. Please review any other registrations, licenses, contracts, lenders, etc. where our Fredericton Office Address may have been used as your corporation’s address and which may require notification of address change.
