The right way to address highways, byways & driveways
St. John’s associate Giles Ayers will speak this afternoon at a session as part of the Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador Avalon and Eastern Regional Meeting. Giles will discuss the legal issues that rights of way pose to municipalities in the province, including development disputes, obstructions of rights of way and liability for upkeep of dirt and gravel roads.
