Stewart McKelvey focused on promoting mental health wellness in the workplace

Stewart McKelvey has partnered with Mood Disorders Society of Canada to participate in the Elephant in the Room Anti-Stigma Campaign.

This project aims to open up the conversation about mental illness and end the stigma through a little blue elephant, which symbolizes a safe place to discuss mental health issues. “We placed the blue elephants in the offices of our management staff to encourage employees to start the conversation about mental health and to promote a caring, supportive and non-judgmental culture”, said Deanna Severeyns, CPA, CA.
