Saint John partner Paul Harquail, ACIArb, appointed to new Canadian Maritime Law Association positions
Paul has been involved with the CMLA for more than five years and is currently co-chair of the Arrest and Sale of Ships Committee. In his new position of Federal Court Act and Rules Committee chair, Paul will work with others to review changes made to the Federal Court Act and rules and assist members in understanding these new developments.
