Halifax partner Richard Niedermayer, TEP, will review how trusts can be used to plan estates and avoid probate at tomorrow’s Canadian Bar Association Prince Edward Island branch Wills, Estates and Trusts lunch and learn.

Beginning at 12 noon AST, Richard will explain how to properly plan for probate, and the relevance of this to wills, estates and trusts practitioners. He will also discuss the various types of trusts, including inter vivos, spousal, alter ego/joint partner and testamentary.
