Rebecca Saturley outlines how to address family status claims at law conference
Rebecca Saturley (managing partner, Halifax) will be a speaker at the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Nova Scotia annual Law Conference. Rebecca will lend her decades of experience in labour, employment and human rights law to explain how to balance work and family status accommodations. She will explain how family status is defined across Canadian jurisdictions, discuss why the issue is of increased interest, the scope of the duty to accommodate and best practices going forward.
