In an article for Canadian Lawyer, Managing Partner, Halifax, Rebecca Saturley discusses some of the ways employers can address mental stress while working, whether from the office or home. She stresses the importance of creating reactive and proactive plans to be able to properly address employee mental health issues, and knowing when to step in and offer the appropriate support. “So, these days, what employers have to realize is the need to be more flexible, especially as we work through this pandemic.”
