Paul will work with Firm management, lawyers, staff and clients to advance various projects relating to business development, client and matter management, financial dashboards and document automation.
We are also pleased to announce that Kathleen Leighton, Practice Innovation Lawyer and Immigration Team Lead, and Kimberly MacLachlan, Practice Innovation and Business Development Lawyer, have moved to full-time positions in the Practice Innovation Department, and will continue to work alongside Paul to support a number of initiatives involving client solutions, practice re-engineering, project management and digital literacy.
