Lydia Bugden discusses gender diversity in senior executive positions

In the Chronicle Herald article, Advocacy organization wants to see 30% of senior executive committee positions held by women, Lydia Bugden shares her thoughts about the importance of gender diversity and the Firm’s support of 30% Club Canada, an organization with a mandate to see women occupy 30 per cent of senior executive committee and corporate board directorship roles by 2019.
