Level Chan discusses potential issues for pension plan sponsors and administrators at upcoming webinar
During the Association of Canadian Pension Management national conference, Halifax partner Level Chan will speak in a workshop addressing the current and developing legal issues for pension plan sponsors and administrators. He will be joined by Tina Hobday from Langlois Lawyers LLP and Danelle Parkinson from the Ontario Pension Board to discuss recent case law, what legal and human rights obligations individuals should be aware of, and best practices surrounding discrimination, missing plan members and fiduciary duties.
