Lawrence Freeman, QC, named Chair of Saint Mary’s University Board of Governors
Halifax partner Lawrence Freeman, QC, has been elected as the new Saint Mary’s University (“SMU”) Board of Governors Chair. Larry has been a part of this board for more than ten years and previously served as Vice-Chair. Comprised of alumni, faculty, students and other local community members, this board aims to maintain and strengthen the reputation and tradition of SMU. “To be a part of the next phase of this institution’s future is both a gift and a responsibility that I cherish,” said Larry.
