James Dickson, QC, P.Eng., appointed chair of Empire Company Limited board of directors
Given his breadth of experience, business acumen and trusted advisor role to his clients for more than 20 years, James Dickson, QC, P.Eng., has been named chair of the board of directors of Empire Company Limited.
James will be taking this role over from fellow firm counsel Rob Dexter, QC. CEO & managing partner Lydia Bugden notes that James will be, “carrying on the proud tradition of Stewart McKelvey lawyers playing key roles with many of the storied entrepreneurial families and businesses that have shaped and grown Atlantic Canada and beyond.”
