Halifax partner Mark Tector participating in employment law roundtable discussion
Mark Tector will be speaking at the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise Nova Scotia Chapter Personal Advisory Group (“PAG”) meeting, June 3 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
PAG’s are comprised of members of family companies who come together to share their business ideas and assist each other in overcoming problems and hurdles faced when running a business. During this question-and-answer session, Mark will be discussing a variety of employment law issues such as employment agreements, hiring and firing correctly and union creation.
