Stewart McKelvey welcomes new associate Colin Andrews to the St. John’s office.

With a general corporate commercial practice, Colin assists his clients in the areas of commercial real estate, lending and secured transactions, asset-based lending, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. He has been involved in some of the largest mergers and acquisitions in Canada in recent years and has represented many of Canada’s most sophisticated real estate investors.
