As part of the Canadian Bar Association Skilled Lawyer Series 2016, Halifax partner Christine Pound will speak at a webinar beginning at 12 noon EST, Tuesday, February 23.
Negotiating the Deal: Preliminary Agreements, will explore the Confidentiality Agreement and the Letter of Intent, and how these documents set the tone for negotiations between parties. Christine will be joined by two others to discuss tips as well as what to avoid when drafting corporate deals.
