Chief professional resources officer, Susan Hayes, appointed to Canada Revenue Agency board of management
Susan Hayes has been appointed by the Governor in Council for a three year term on the Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”) board of management.
Nominated by the Province of Nova Scotia, Susan’s experience providing lawyers with the tools and training needed to deliver exceptional client service, managing technology training, overseeing recruitment and student programs and implementing the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy lends itself well to the board’s strategic oversight of the operations, administration and resource management of the CRA.
