Johnston, QC, Nova Scotia government introduces Public Services Sustainability (2015) Act, during the discussions of Bill 148. Michel reassured the Members of the Legislative Assembly that this particular bill was constitutionally sound, and suggested they read Brian’s commentary reviewing the bill for insight into previous wage increases. The bill was subsequently passed by the House.
