- Advising business owners, professionals, and individuals on succession, estate and tax planning strategies.
- Acting for purchasers and vendors, ranging from small businesses to large corporations, in asset and share transactions.
- Implementing tax-planned reorganizations.
- Acting for individuals, corporations, and trusts in the sale, purchase, leasing, and financing of commercial and residential properties.
