Julie practices in insurance defence litigation and dispute resolution. Her previous experience in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police provides Julie with the ability to provide sound legal advice by conducting a thorough investigation of the facts of each case. - Acting in commercial litigation, automobile insurance defence, and personal injury matters for a range of clients including some of Canada’s largest insurance companies.
- Acting in labour and employment matters including for employers dealing with workplace human rights complaints and employee terminations.
- Acting in professional regulation and misconduct matters for health professionals, legal professionals, and in the education sector.
