David has a practice focusing on transactional and insolvency matters, regularly dealing in the areas of banking, finance, mergers & acquisitions, loan enforcement and restructuring matters, as well as general corporate and commercial law matters.

With respect to mergers & acquisitions, he has regularly assisted purchasers and vendors, with experience in transactions of all sizes in a variety of industries.
David has acted for creditors and debtors in a variety of CCAA, bankruptcy, receivership and related enforcement matters, and provided advice to trustees and receivers in the course of insolvency proceedings. He has also worked on matters that include: debt collection and foreclosures; contract review and other commercial matters; regulatory compliance; tax matters and reorganizations; and commercial and residential real property matters.
