Katherine works with local, national and multi-national insurance companies, providing coverage opinions and defending claims in such areas as bodily injury, property, life and disability and commercial liability. She also works for corporations, municipalities and institutions relating to construction, product liability, and contractual matters, and has a specific interest in agriculture, having grown up in a farming family.

Katherine’s representative experience includes:

  • Providing complex opinions on insurance coverage.
  • Successfully defending a police officer and municipality in a claim alleging negligent investigation.
  • Representing parties in the agricultural sector in civil claims relating to product liability matters and contract disputes.
  • Defending retail establishments, municipalities, landlords, manufacturers  and contractors against liability claims.
