Kathleen works closely with professional regulators to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices when it comes to governance and disciplinary issues. Kathleen has a deep understanding of the legal complexities facing professionals and their regulators and works to provide practical solutions for her clients. Kathleen advises professional regulators with issues relating to compliance with legislation and procedural fairness in the processing of disciplinary complaints. Kathleen has also represented professionals in disciplinary proceedings and provided strategic advice regarding other professional matters.
