As the Director of Risk & Resiliency, Caroline leads the implementation and management of the Firm’s Risk Management & Resiliency Strategy. This includes enterprise risk management, business continuity planning, emergency preparedness and incident response, insurance procurement, claims and complaints management, privacy management, policy management and various compliance and due diligence functions. Caroline brings over 15 years of experience in the risk industry with expertise in various aspects of risk and resiliency management. Caroline is focused on working with all Firm stakeholders to optimize their risk potential to achieve their strategic and operational objectives.
