John’s clients often come to him knowing the problems they are facing, but they are unsure of how to resolve them. Working with a diverse group of clients including municipalities, district health authorities, property owners, insurers, small business owners and firms in the construction industry, some of the ways John has helped his clients are by:
- Representing municipalities in the interpretation of a school board funding agreement.
- Representing both landowners and expropriating authorities in expropriations and compensation claims.
- Representing both estates and beneficiaries in contested estate and proof of wills litigations.
- Representing clients in contractual and other business disputes, including builders’ liens and shareholders disagreements.
