Maureen is a senior commercial partner working in our St. John’s office. Working with clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, energy, fisheries, oil and gas, engineering and construction, Maureen has extensive experience in commercial transactions which ranges from contract negotiation to buying and selling businesses to financings and restructurings. She is a trusted strategic advisor, known for delivering critical and timely legal guidance on the complex, high-stakes decisions facing business owners and operators — both in significant transactions and in the day-to-day challenges of running a business.
