Jenna’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real property, banking and financing transactions, and corporate reorganizations. Drawing on her business background, Jenna takes a detail-oriented approach to providing legal services, keeping her clients’ goals and business needs at the forefront. Jenna is a problem-solver who strives to find clear, practical solutions for her clients.
Some of Jenna’s recent experience includes:
- Advising on share purchase and asset purchase transactions, including the preparation of purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and closing deliverables.
- Advising on commercial financing transactions, including project financings in the renewable energy sector.
- Advising on commercial real property financing transactions, including the preparation of mortgage and security documentation for institutional lenders.
- Assisting with corporate reorganization and restructuring matters, including pre- and post-acquisition reorganizations in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
