  • Advising on commercial financing transactions, including project financings in the renewable energy sector.
  • Advising on commercial real property financing transactions, including the preparation of mortgage and security documentation for institutional lenders.
  • Assisting with corporate reorganization and restructuring matters, including pre- and post-acquisition reorganizations in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
