Christine is a trusted advisor to Canadian and international companies on transactional, financing, project, and corporate governance matters. Her experience spans numerous sectors, including automotive, civil construction, environmental and waste services, transportation, agriculture, cannabis, and telecommunications. She has developed significant experience advising clients in the defence and security sector, supporting them on procurement processes, commercial and financing structures, and cross-border considerations. Christine acts for both private and public companies and is attuned to the specific needs of private equity firms and family offices. She also advises on inbound investment and cross-border financing structures.
A regular presenter on corporate governance, Christine works closely with boards, executives, and management teams on directors’ and officers’ obligations, policy interpretation, conflict of interest issues, and broader governance strategy.
