Josh’s practice focuses on labour, employment and human rights law, with additional experience in litigation and municipal law. He works with a broad range of clients, including those in the natural resources sector, healthcare, educational institutions, municipalities, and federally regulated businesses. Josh tailors his advice to the unique needs of each client, providing practical and effective solutions to complex workplace and regulatory issues.
He has represented clients before all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as the Federal Court of Canada, and regularly appears before administrative tribunals such as the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Newfoundland and Labrador Human Rights Commission, WorkplaceNL, and municipal appeal boards.
