Jennifer is a highly experienced litigator, specializing in the defence of professional liability, commercial, and other complex liability claims. She acts as defence counsel to physicians and surgeons, as well as a broad range of other professionals, private enterprises, public bodies, and insurers. Jennifer has appeared at all levels of court in Prince Edward Island and brings deep strategic judgement to each matter. She understands that effective advocacy requires not only legal expertise but practical, results-oriented counsel tailored to the realities her clients face.

Beyond the courtroom, Jennifer is a trusted advisor in both the public and private sector, including regulated health professionals, universities, port and airport authorities, and other organizations seeking to manage risk and avoid claims before they arise. She works closely with clients to assess exposure, develop governance and operational strategies, and navigate the regulatory and legal landscape that governs their activities.
