- Commercial litigation including contract claims, shareholder disputes and oppression remedy claims;
- Construction law including lien claims, residential and commercial disputes, and assisting with complex, multi-party litigation;
- Advocating for clients in complex medical malpractice litigation;
- Representing regulated professionals in regulatory proceedings including on matters relating to professional conduct, ethics, privacy and access, standard of care and audits;
- Representing lending institutions in litigation proceedings to enforce creditor rights, including receivership proceedings; and
- Providing coverage opinions and representing insurance companies in personal injury and property damage claims.
