As Director, Strategy & Innovation, Kathleen leads initiatives that enhance how the Firm delivers legal services, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth. Working collaboratively across practice groups and business functions, she develops innovative solutions that strengthen client service, optimize workflows, and support the Firm’s long-term objectives. She also leads external consulting engagements, partnering with clients to apply similar innovative approaches to their own legal, operational, and business challenges.

Kathleen is a lawyer by training, having practised corporate immigration law before moving into legal operations. She has since built deep expertise in practice re-engineering, project management, digital literacy, and AI adoption. She champions a culture of continuous improvement by designing and delivering training programmes, leading change assessments, and coaching lawyers and business professionals on new ways of working that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and create lasting value for both clients and the Firm.

Kathleen has a Yellow Belt Certification in Legal Lean Sigma® Process Improvement & Project Management. Her technical toolkit spans pricing and budgeting, data analytics, database design, Excel, Smartsheet, automated document assembly, and process mapping, and she applies structured methodologies to deliver practical, data-informed solutions in her work.
