Lauren Henderson is a Partner in the firm’s corporate law group. She maintains a fast-paced, transactional practice and is known for her ability to manage complex matters while adapting to the demands of modern business. Lauren practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, finance, investments and corporate governance.
Lauren regularly advises on both buy and sell-side M&A transactions across a range of industries, as well as debt and equity financings and strategic investments. She is frequently engaged to structure, draft, and negotiate a wide array of key transaction documentation, including share and asset purchase agreements, credit and security documents, shareholder, corporate formation and reorganization documentation as well as limited partnership agreements and management service agreements.
She works closely with executives, in-house counsel, institutional investors and pension funds, providing practical advice and business judgment that makes her a valued partner throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.
