Zack maintains a general litigation practice with a particular focus in Health Law, Administrative Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Insurance.
Some of Zack’s experience includes:
- Assisting in medical malpractice cases including assessing liability and/or damages, and drafting reports to client.
- Drafting complex briefs in litigation matters.
- Assisting in insurance defence and personal injury matters for a wide range of clients.
